The ability to be effective over different cultures, CQ can be learnt by everyone.
RESEARCH AND ACADEMIC PROOF-
A community of international scholars have developed an academically tested scale for
measuring CQ capabilities. Growing number of government, non-profit and corporate are
using CQ to assess and improve their effectiveness in this globalised world.
Independent Business Review say- leaders globally who are more effective have qualities of
effective cultural intelligent leadership and effectiveness across diversity, groups,
organizations, generations. University of Surrey and Oxford Brooks recommend using Cultural
Orientations Framework (COF) Assessments with 7 cultural categories and 17 dimensions,
developed by Phillipe Rosinski and his book- Coaching Across Cultures, also recommended by
Harvard Business School for Business Leadership.

3. How can I use CQ , EQ and Transactional Intelligence? Some sample Training Topics:

1 – 4 days training to Manage Difficult People
Aims- To promote empowerment, effective communication and leadership quotient. This
course will look at difficult situations and challenging people within a social care setting as
an opportunity to learn about differences and personal growth. Working effectively with
minimal stress will be the goal.

4. 1-4 Days Training on Effective Communication (Personal development)
Aims- Effective communication is about high self awareness and emotional intelligence.
In this day of diversity and differences, it is also about navigating through conflicts with
minimal effort, stress and time. Learning about different learning styles, personality
types and cultural intelligences can be helpful in using the skills as a new perspective to
see difference as an opportunity for personal growth and synergy.
