THE PLAN IDENTIFIED THREE SETTLEMENTS, MILNATHORT, BLAIRINGONE AND CROOK OF DEVON, WHERE THE COUNCIL PROPOSED TO PROGRESS WITH THE COMMUNITY, LANDOWNERS AND OTHERS DISCUSSION IN ORDER TO FORMULATE LONG-TERM DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES FOR EACH AREA THE RESULT OF WHICH WOULD BE INCORPORATED INTO ANY SUBSEQUENT REVIEW OF THE LOCAL PLAN.
