• Developed and implemented a travel booking system which saved Aquamarine Power over £5000 per year
and provided an enhanced service with travel information going straight into an individual’s Outlook
calendar.
• Developed and implemented a new IT support line providing a cost saving to Aquamarine Power of around
£4000 per year in fees.
• Introduced a new recycling initiative at Aquamarine Power and increased the company’s total recycling by
50% in the first year which contributed toward achieving a Silver award from National Recycling Stars.
• Saved over £55,000 per year by restructuring staff and procedures within the monitoring centre at Evolve
Holdings.
• Developed and implemented a successful performance related pay scheme at Evolve Holdings.
