- I love DIGITAL , But it takes on average 21 days to create a new HEALTHY HABIT : behavioral change is not straightforward , a study with 96 participants : waking up at 6am for breakfast, drinking 2 glasses a water after lunch or doing 50 push-ups right after waking up ( Only report one activity ) : Researchers found that the average was 66 days.
