From cost efficient mail order to brick and mortar retail business, a strategy
on how to bridge the price gap and meet retailer demands was put in place
by Process AG. A solution to repackage and validate the price point of the
brand at retail came in a communication strategy involving packaging.
Managing touch points from retail buyers and managers to end consumer
value were considered in the development of the product mix and packaging
for the launch.

We know GoalZero as the solar powered category leader for the outdoor
industry, but they didn’t start out at the top. We engaged GoalZero at its
infancy, a time for re-branding and re-structuring. A Brand Management
guideline was written, set in place, and executed by Process AG in direct
relationship with it primary retailer, REI. The end result was growth in category,
sales, and volumes through a deep rooted partnership program which was
curated through the re-branding and re-messaging of the project.

When you have an eight year relationship with a brand, you get to work on
some exclusive exciting campaigns. From marketing the Olympics, Snoop
Dogg to Jay-Z, and the Budweiser campaign, this is as colorful of a brand
management relationship as it gets.

Teal Drones
Merchandising Event Show Merchandising and Promotional Products Design | Manufacturing
For the world’s fastest consumer drone, Teal Drones, Process AG developed an
attractive solution to maximize retail presence,utilizing fully wrapped board,
and foil embellishments, while being highly functional for the user in the field.
The packaging solution offers top tier protection during shipping and a carry
case for consumers, yet allows the product to be delivered fully assembled,
enabling immediate drone deployment.
The solution was designed to minimize the size of the packaging, utilizing
magnetic flap closure, layered engineered foam, and a rubber grip to cater to
the needs of both retail shelf space and individual buyers alike.

Stance
Merchandising and Promotional Products Design | Manufacturing
When Stance decided to expand their product line to include underwear, a
first venture outside of socks, Process delivered. From retail-ready packaging
to point of purchase display, taking the project from design through
manufacturing.
Traditionally, their socks were packaged with a simple folded cards, but the
underwear required more structure, while still showcasing the premium
materials and patterns Stance is known for. The solution utilizes a clean black
box, with a variety of innovations -- inner molded pulp tray with wrapping
board to prevent product from shifting during shipping. Fabric attachments
paired with a retractable hang tag to allow product to be hung or stacked, and
premium printing and coatings to highlight each pattern.

Nixon

Event Show Merchandising and Promotional Products Design | Manufacturing
We worked closely with Apple retail and Nixon to extract retail sales data
and develop a qualified packaging strategy. We determined that there was a
significant shift in consumer’s confidence below a certain price point, and that
consumers needed to see the product in the package to feel confident about
their purchase. Armed with this knowledge we redesigned all of the packaging
below this price point to have a clear cover. The result was an immediate 30%
increase in sales, proven through a small test channel before a full package
relaunch. Throughout the endeavor Process AG managed the design transition
– including graphic design support and CAD design – and manufacturing
management for the entire line of Nixon headphones.

Marley
Packaging Manufacturing | Shipping Logistics Support
Marley is a brand and an icon steeped in history. Manufacturing eco friendly
substrates at a high quality production level does not come without
complications. Raw material goods are on trend, can be costly and require
quality control procedures that understand all plausibility of challenges. The
right overseas team, supply chain, paired with the right manufacturing support
was key to this successful execution to maintain the brands Eco Integrity.

Process AG took a top 10 digital company into the physical and material
world of consumer products with an consumer user experience. The goal
was to deliver ground breaking messaging and presentation that would go
viral. By leveraging the Internet’s obsession with cats, paired with our origami
packaging designers, we created the world’s first packaging that transforms
into a cat house. It came a with friendly cat fabric for producing your own
stuffed cat just in case you don’t have a cat of your own. The campaign came
to life with personalized letters that lead consumers to take photos and share
their cats and custom built cat homes with the Online community.

Influencer Kits

Nickelodeon

Nickelodeon needed a special employee gift. Something unique and within
budget that would wow their creative team. Customized products for an
internal audience were designed to further support and develop their staff.
Tools that would be utilized from pencils, paper, and a custom felt binder,
to a memory keep sake with the brands wealth of details. An ideal project
that showcases what Nickelodeon represents for its current audience and
future dreamers.

When it comes to one of the worlds largest sportswear companies debuting
a new footwear technology the stakes are high. Process was tasked with
concepts, developing, and manufacturing an influencer packaging experience
that would support the product seeding efforts of Adidas’s newest footwear
technology, Nemeziz. Through our understanding of current social media
trends, we designed a kit focused around the influencer sharing the unboxing
experience through the use of “live” and video story features on Instagram,
Facebook, YouTube, and Snapchat. Capturing the natural excitement of the
influencer as they explored the packaging and debuted the product with their
social media audience watching along, created an intimate organic experience
and massive product awareness in a matter of minutes.

Strategic Partnerships

retail. Urban Bloom was created and engineered to fill this gap by elevating

product developer, designer, and printer. Our business includes
high quality deluxe gift boxes, hand craft gift boxes, plastic boxes,
