As Direct of Application development at Level Seven I manage a team of software developers and consultants who specialize in building custom solutions to business problems. Our clients range from small startup companies to Fortune 100 enterprises. As a programmer my primary platform today is Ruby and Ruby on Rails although I have experience with a variety of tools including Angular JS, Ember JS, Microsoft .NET, Java (Play Framework), Objective-C, ElasticSearch and more. As a manager I'm an advocate for agile software development, clean code and an open and flexible working environment.
