I work as an Instructional Coach in Capistrano Unified in South Orange County, California. I support teachers in three middle schools, working with teachers, administrators, and staff to build capacity. We are extending collaboration in sites and throughout CUSD, using Professional Learning Communities. I am excited to have the opportunity to build learning resources for teachers and teams.
