5. Inventory On-Hand Management

SmartWMS
Support for multiple Warehouse’s SmartWMS is able to provide True Inventory Levels
System Computerized (current + transporting)
On-Hand Current actual stock
Soluble Stock that can be processed
Destroyed Can’t process due to being destroyed
Transport Cross Shipped between two warehouses.
Reserved After tasking and processing, will be released as reserved
Misc Stocks that are coming in after processing
- It’s easy since it converts cover unit measure defined by
item master..
- This column also shows help menu as mouse cursor
changes..
- Can convert stock to quantity/volume/weight/price based,
each measure can be also adjusted as measure master by
users.
- Column text can use increase()
/decrease() arrangement.
 Using unit measure adjustment or user interface, it’s more efficient to recognize the Inventory.

5.7 Inventory Reconsolidation

SmartWMS
Cycle Count is a pre-determined schedule set for warehouse supervisor to review specific goods inventory.
 Sets CC cycle according to item/location, so it can investigate warehouse regularly, if there’s any mismatch, and handle
warehouse adjustment.

If checked quantity is different from on-hand inventory, it will alert on
location/item master so that the supervisors can see the problem and adjust the
