of the U.S. Department of Behavioral Health, Saint Elizabeth Hospital (SEH).
Manage and oversee SEH’s security operating systems by troubleshooting system issues and

organization’s security intrusion detection systems for 1,100 SEH employees and patients; Monitor

Perform preventative maintenance on automated security equipment to ensure all systems are
operating properly.
Receive, review, and delegate customer service ticket requests for day to day operational functions
within SEH; determine the priority level of each customer service ticket and work with outside
vendor support to resolve intricate systems issues.
Serve as the principal advisor regarding hospital safety procedures for over 800 SEH employees and
patient; Research and brief Executive level staff of new technology upgrades for the organization’s
security systems to ensure safety of all SEH staff and patients.

contracts; serve on the Special Projects Committee for SEH security systems upgrades which develop
acquisitions and proposals to ensure procurements are performed properly and adequately

Oversaw source selection and reviewed technical and price proposal to ensure that fair market prices
are received, thus saving tax payer money.
Provide contract oversight by developing and reviewing Statement of Work (SOW), Request for
Proposal (RFP) and finalizing solicitations to acquire secure electronic systems.
Review Performance Management (PM) reports to develop quality improvement initiatives for SEH;
provide recommendations, approve service invoices and initiate contract modifications for the
procurement of security equipment to improve hospital operations.
Manage mission critical network services such as SEH's main Fire Panel, the Perimeter Intrusion
Detection System (PIDS), Taut Wire Intrusion Detection System (TWIDS), Intercom Access Control
Systems, and the Internet Protocol Video Management Systems (IPVMS).
Progressively take part in key technical duties which include; expert troubleshooting of systems and
hardware problem to analyze, evaluate and resolve service problems.
