Its other signature brands included Two One Two Bar & Grill,
Cafe Sundance and the legendary nightclub Fire ‘n’ Ice.
3. Since its incorporation in 2011, Impresa Hospitality
Management has been recognized as one of the finest
hospitality companies in India. Its diverse portfolio of

chains of restaurants, each tailored to offer varying
degrees of luxury across market segments.
IHM is built on the timeless values of hard work and

that the most important aspect of its business is its people.
The company doesn't just dedicate resources to handpick

kitchen infrastructure to provide safe, hygienic and quality
food products to larger sections of people in the country.
4. Maroosh is Arabic for ‘fanning the coal’.
An iconic chain, the name is indicative
of its cuisine, and increasingly, its rapid
growth. It is well on its way to becoming
one of India's fastest growing chain of
quick service restaurants.
Infusing rich Middle Eastern fare with
mouth-watering delights of the subcontinent,
Maroosh strikes a sumptuous balance for the
Indian palate. High quality ingredients and
fresh flavors leave little to the imagination,
while creating a feast for the senses.
5. FIRE 'N' ICE
Fire 'N' Ice opened its doors to the city's swish set in 1999. Far more than just a nightclub,
it symbolized a new standard in Mumbai’s nightlife.
Every inch of its 10,000 sq.ft. had fused the appeal of an ultra-exclusive lounge with a
high-voltage discotheque. Owing to a voyeuristic design, its lavish decor with warm wooden
flooring and lush, shimmering finishes could be enjoyed from anywhere within the spatial interior.
A mezzanine floor throbbed with the pulse of the dance floor below it, while boasting an
L-shaped bar, one of the longest ever seen in Mumbai. Provocative lighting, flashing lasers, and
the world's most exclusive sound systems lent to a daring, ultramodern verve and pumped
adrenaline into the city's nightscape - in ways never seen before, and perhaps never to be seen
again. No wonder, this electric experience beckoned DJ acts like Paul Van Dyk, Infected
Mushroom & Skazi as well as the biggest celebrities and international headliners in all the land.
CAFE SUNDANCE
Our megapolis beaming with diverse cultures is bound by one thing - our love for
food. A love so pure, it resurrected the deceased. The erstwhile Sundance Cafe
much loved for its honest offerings - burgers and beers, steaks and sandwiches,
and relaxed vibe, shut shop a few years ago. It enjoyed a cult status, a loyal fan
base that perhaps coerced its return. Finally, the all-day casual eatery comes full
circle as Cafe Sundance. In its new avatar, it presents a bright, warm ambiance
and a fresh spread complete with burgers, dogs, steaks and more. And even as
Cafe Sundance rings in the new, (we hope) it takes you back to that special place
called nostalgia.
TWO ONE TWO
This swanky ristorante makes its presence felt in an unlikely location. Tucked away in the leafy corridors that
surround the Nehru Planetarium, it is situated in the upscale Worli precinct. A suave, urbane exterior draws you
in, like only an Italian can. The hushed tones of its warm wooden floors, grey granite tables and soft lighting are
a prelude to an intimate, fine dining experience unlike any.
4000 sq.ft. of brooding interiors come alive with an elevated dining area that descends, almost discreetly, into a
well-allocated space that is the bar & lounge, while the well-contoured al-fresco section reveals tantalizing
views of chefs working by the unique and conventional wood-fired oven.
Two One Two's elegant yet simmering ambience is perhaps the best setting to enjoy a thoughtful cellar selection.
One that features some of the most age worthy, structured and vintage wines the world over, most notably
from the house of Mas De Daumas Gassac.
The service complements the kitchen which displays attention to detail - to create an authentic culinary
experience and prepares the gourmand for an evening of true decadence.
6. VISION
IHM’s vision is to be India’s premier hospitality
company, by employing and empowering the best
in the business, and delivering an unparalleled
experience to its customers.
MISSION
IHM aims to improve and grow continuously, through
an engaging and supportive work environment that
upholds its core principles: quality, respect, integrity,
teamwork and humility. It seeks to not only surpass
expectations, but to also help create value by
strengthening and contributing to the community
that surrounds it.
7. KETAN KADAM - FOUNDER/CEO
Ketan Kadam graduated from the University of Mumbai
with a Bachelor in Arts, and followed it up with a Diploma
in Hotel and Catering Technology. He then went on to train
and work in some of the best restaurants and bars in the
city. The time spent there helped him hone his marketing
and strategic skills.
After years of relentless effort, Ketan made the transition
to a maverick entrepreneur. He is widely regarded as the
visionary who pioneered the concept of one of the city's
first real nightclubs - Fire 'N' Ice. A few years and some
successful ideas later, he founded Impresa Hospitality
Management Private Limited. The company today controls
some of the most coveted restaurant brands in the country.
Ketan's resourcefulness and extensive network have
allowed IHM to work in a unique manner. Instead of
outsourcing its food supply, the company manufactures its
own products. And with a detailed inventory management
system linked to a central hub and kitchen, IHM not only
ensures consistent standards of quality, but strategically
leverages economies of scale.

9. Post the merger, the company’s focus is now on Maroosh and
there is a belief that it can be a Power Brand in the QSR segment
in India. Indeed, Maroosh will soon become the benchmark for
QSRs in India.
There is an aggressive growth plan to support this vision.
While currently there are 20 outlets, the plan is to
expand it to 60 by 2015.
We have already taken few strategic steps to lead the
competition, starting with the identity.
10. MAROOSH IDENTITY CHANGE
In order to stay a step ahead in the market, Maroosh
undertook an identity change in 2014. The old identity was
specifically Middle Eastern, while Maroosh’s offerings had
evolved to encompass Indian cuisines as well.
The new identity is eye-catching, yet is neutral in terms of the
cuisine it offers. It makes clever use of the letter ‘m’ to create a
unit that immediately connotes deliciousness and appetite
appeal. The result is an identity that is memorable and
instantly recognizable.
The new identity takes into account the changing Indian
consumer - a consumer who is more aware of the world and
what it offers. It also addresses the changing competitive
space, where quick service restaurants are no longer restricted
to specific cuisines.
The new identity of Maroosh paves the way for it to compete
effectively with the larger international players in the Quick
Service Restaurant sector.
