We have to rebuild the image and reputation of the organization through both online and offline marketing.

FAN BASE ACQUISITION
The current K-1 Global website does not provide opportunities for fans, martial art schools, fight managers and general consumers to
effectively engage with the company. In fact, the product purchase page is written in Japanese.
How Do We Expand the Fan Base?
1) Kevin James proposes that we re-design the website to with the aim of building brand equity, capturing site visitor data
(martial art schools, coaches, athletes, managers and prospective corporate sponsors) and selling merchandise.
2) The website must also showcase career opportunities, (whether genuine or idealist) and the site must allow the purchase
of tickets, sponsor merchandise, raffles, a give-away, media downloads and general merchandise.
3) Site visitors must be able to purchase event tickets or merchandise from virtually easy page.
4) Though outside hyperlinks a website visitor should be able to find a K-1 affiliated gym, visit a corporate sponsor,
redeem a coupon, a gift certificate and submit suggestions.
5) The website redevelopment work will include up to 26 language translation tools easily assessable from the home page.
6) Interactive social media tools and streaming video feeds must be integrated into the on the website. This way a site
visitor will not be diverted away from the K-1 Global site just to watch a video or connect with Twitter or Facebook.

Developer Server Requirements
Kevin James’ site development team will create and host the website using the following tools and platforms:

- Mozilla for FreeBSD/Linux, HTML5, Mobile compatibility

- Apache 1.3, Apache 2.0 or Apache 2.2 with the following modules:
mod_userdir, mod_rewrite (for the Clean URLs feature), mod_expires and

- Over 500MB of database space for large stores
- Ability to run scheduled jobs (crontab)
- Valid SSL certificate for HTTPS pages (Google Checkout accepts SSL
certificates from a limited list of Certificate Authorities only)
- Open 80, 443 and 1129 ports (payment and shipping modules may
require other ports to be open)
- Enabled loop-back connections to localhost
- Domain names will be correctly resolved to IP addresses

Based on our current production schedule, Kevin James will design and develop the platform site within 45 business days (not
including official holidays and weekends) from the date of the signed contract and initial receipt of deposit.
At that time, a more detailed breakdown of activities, such as client reviews and approvals, will be provided.
