we decide to show up.
Deciding to show up is
a choice.
Creativity and
innovation are a
mindset. How we are
conditioned to think is
the deciding factor.
Think Differently

differently about that
challenge?
Could it really be an
opportunity?
Innovation is like
skydiving. Once you
jump outside your
comfort zone, you want
to do it again.
Innovators know that
success is a result of
persistence through the
‘squiggly lines.’
Innovation comes when
you least expect.
Geico is a great
example of how one
company thinks
differently to innovate.
They break traditional
rules.

Meditate. Relax. Reflect.

Anything is possible
when you have a vision.
At 12 years old, my
vision was to meet Bob
Barker.
Your vision is what
makes you unique. If no
one has ever said your
vision, or dream, is too
big or crazy, then it’s
not big enough!
People
~ People watch.
~ Collaborate with other
departments.
~ Socialize outside your
normal circle.
~ Vision makes anything possible
Once the vision has
focus, then the process
to achieve it becomes
paramount.
You cannot think your
way to success.
