detail and R.C Slab to Engineer’s detail and all other
related works as per L.A drawing and specification.
Rubbish Bin
To supply and install 540mmØ × 900mm high rubbish bin
with 50mm × 10mm stainless steel at top and 50mm ×
10mm stainless steel with 10mm dustbin stainless steel at
the bottom to be bolt and nut with 20mm × 50mm ×
575mm H.W complete with MPSJ logo in the 130mm ×
145mm plate steel inclusive of 60mm dia. hollow stainless
steel with 10mm dustbin stainless steel base and all other
related works as per Landscape Architect drawing and
specification and to Local Authority approval.
Bug Zapper
To supply, deliver to site, and install Flowtron BK-15D
Electronic Insect Killer.

To supply all labour, equipment, tool, transportation and
excavation holes as following :-

Topsoil & Soil Mixtures
To prepare the ratio of 3 : 2 : 1 topsoil and mixtures :-
3 part is good quality top soil, 2 part is river sand and 1
part is organic fertilizer of well-rooted farmyard manure
Trees ( 1.0m × 1.0m × 1.0m ) x 1 nos
Shrubs ( 0.45m × 0.45m × 0.45m ) x 32 nos

Tree Protection
To supply all labour, materials and provide 50mm × 50mm
Wooden stakes buried min. 900mm deep 2 per Tree and 4
nos per palm. Do not drive stake root ball. Nail wire to
stakes to prevent down movement wire completed with
encase galvanised wire in rubber at points of contact with
tree. Nylon rope may be used in liew of wire as per
Landscape Architect Drawing.
Tree staking with ( 500mm × 50mm × 2.0m ) × 1 nos

MAINTENANCE
The maintenance shall be carried during planting works
and defect liability period which includes watering,
fertilizing, pruning, aerifying the soil, site cleaning, pest
control, thriving the unhealthy, replacing dead plants and
other maintenance works and procedures plant as
specified.
During the maintenance period, Contractors to provide
the following matters:
i. 3 full time maintenance workers
ii. Fertilizer, insecticide
iii. Provision of maintenance machineries
iv. To remove landscape debris away from the
site to contractor’s own dumping ground.
During warranty period, Landscape Contractors to
prepare the following mater:
i. Monthly maintenance work programme
ii. Maintenance daily work programme or site
iii. Attendance to be recorded and acknowledges
by the project management, client
representative and verify by Landscape
Architect at site for monthly maintenance
claim procedure.
Note:
Contractor to provide competent person to report to
Landscape Architect during implementation and
maintenance.
