• Inline Quality Control.
• Headers Checking.
• Control of Monitoring and Measuring Devices.

6. Procedure of Quality Control is Divided into following Two Sections:
1. ON-LINE QUALITY CONTROL 2. IN-LINE QUALITY CONTROL
On-Line Quality Control:
On-Line Quality Control includes the inspection and testing of fabric
during production.
In-Line Quality Control:
In-Line Quality Control is the checking of characteristics of the fabric
after finishing process.

7. In On-Line Quality Control QC monitors In-Process Quality
Control Parameters in following production departments:
• Singing and Desizing
• Rotation
• Washing
• Scouring
• Bleaching
• Mercerizing
• Dyeing
• Finishing
• Inspection and Folding
• Printing
In these all departments QC Checks the process and prepares
In-Process Quality Control Parameters Checking Reports.
