When it comes to Business Intelligence in SharePoint on-prem or the cloud, there are often too many choices (PowerBI, PowerQuery, SSRS 2012 or 2016, Excel Services and more). With a seemingly endless number of options to choose from, an hour session wouldn’t suffice. Thus, we’ll start with Self-Service BI capabilities using SharePoint and Excel, then dip our toes into SSRS.
At September’s SPBreakfastSac, see self-service reporting in action and learn more about how you can approach reporting across multiple Excel Workbooks and SharePoint sites (lists and libraries) to create actionable BI Dashboards. Learn from Scott Roberts, a SharePoint Consultant at Kiefer Consulting, who has been there and done that. Let his shared experiences and valuable feedback pave the way for your next Business Intelligence endeavor!
