  3. 3. Barry Buddon Shooting Centre Located near to Carnoustie Golf Links on Scotland's east coast the 950 hectare centre will be used for the shooting events.
  4. 4. Cathkin Braes Mountain Bike Trials The new trials at Cathkin Braes sit high on Glasgow's South Side and will offer great views across the city during next years games.
  5. 5. Celtic Park The 60,000 capacity home of Celtic will play host to the Glasgow 2014 opening ceremony.
  6. 6. Emirates arena and sir Chris Hoy Velodrome Situated in the East End of Glasgow, it’s a short distance for athletes competing In track cycling and badminton events.
  7. 7. Glasgow Green Hockey Center The £5.5m venue is owned by Glasgow City Council and is situated next to the Glasgow Green Football Centre.

  10. 10. Kelvingrove Lawn Bowls Center Situated in the West End of Glasgow, Kelvingrove will host all the Lawn Bowls matches.
  11. 11. Royal Commonwealth Pool Located in Edinburgh, the A-listed Royal Commonwealth Pool has the distinction of being a host venue at three Commonwealth Games.
  12. 12. SECC Precinct Located on the banks of the River Clyde, the SECC Precinct contains three venues that will host all gymnastics, boxing, judo, netball, wrestling, weightlifting and powerlifting events.
  13. 13. Scotstoun Sports Campus Owned by Glasgow City Council, this complex in the West End of the city will host squash and table tennis events next year.
  14. 14. Strathclyde Country Park Triathlon venue, Strathclyde Country Park, is located on the south-east edge of Glasgow and is already used as a world-class rowing venue.
  15. 15. Tollcross International Swimming Center Redeveloped to the tune of £13.8m, Tollcross is now a world-class swimming venue which caters for swimmers of all levels.
