3. Enable MICROPHONE and VIDEO for any guests

Click on a participant and select
ENABLE MICROPHONE

4. Create a CAMERA AND VOICE pod

The CAMERA AND VOICE pod will
appear on your workspace, and on
your participants’ workspace.
Click on “Pods” to select
CAMERA AND VOICE

5. Connect your own audio and camera

Click on the microphone
and webcam icons.

6. When the meeting is over, exit the meeting

Click on MEETING, then
EXIT ADOBE CONNECT

7. Hosting teleconferences on
Adobe Connect
Guest instructions

8. Log on, and enter your name

...then you`ll get in.
Then a screen asking you to
download a plugin.
You’ll get a screen outlining terms
and guidelines.
Enter your name, then select
ENTER ROOM.

9. Accept MICROPHONE RIGHTS

When this appears, click on
SPEAK NOW.

10. You’ll see a preview, but you won`t
be sharing your image yet.
When this appears, click on
START MY WEBCAM.

11. When you see the preview,
click on START SHARING.
Start sharing

12. You can STOP MY WEBCAM
anytime you want.
There`s also a pause button to
freeze frame if you hover over
this corner.

13. When the meeting is over, exit the meeting

Click on MEETING, then
EXIT ADOBE CONNECT
