Follow the instructions

Click Confirm Sign Up

Your Account is now activated

Enter your Details

Click Continue

Enter Your Business Name and
Website

Enter Your Address

Click Continue

Click Yes if you have physical
products

Click Continue

Click the “+” icon to connect your
social media profile

When You add Facebook, A pop up
window will appear

Click Continue if you want to
connect your Facebook Account

Click Let’s Go

CREATING A LIST

List
This is your contacts called
subscribers

It is the foundation of your
Email Marketing Campaign

Click “Lists” in your Top Menu

Click Create List

Fill in the details

Once done, click save.

If you already have a list of
subscribers,
Import the list

Click Import Subscribers

Select from the Options

Click Next

If you do not have any subscribers
yet..

Mailchimp will help you generate
a sign up form to build your list

Click Sign Up Forms

Select the Form

These are the Types of Forms You
can Create

that can be
embedded and added

to your Website
and Facebook Page

Select a Form
appropriate for your Business.

You can Build, Design and
Translate each form

Now that you
already built a List..

Lets now proceed to create an
Email Template

CREATING A TEMPLATE

A Template
is a designed email

that can be reused
for your campaigns

Click “Templates”

Click Create Templates

Click “Select” beside your desired
Lay out

You can now design your Email

You can customize your email by
adding Content

Select a Content you want to Add

Drag it to the Work Area

Once Done, Click Preview and Test

Click Here to view
how the recipient see your email

Enter your email address

Click Send Text

Open your Email to view
the Template test

Once Done, Click Save and Exit

The template is now saved

CREATING A CAMPAIGN

Click “Campaigns”

Click the Dropdown Menu to show
types of Campaign

Choose Regular Campaign

Regular Campaign
Is the most common type of
campaign

You can design and customize
your content

and choose to send the
immediately or schedule your
campaign

Select who do you want to send
your campaign

Click Next

Fill in the Campaign Details

Tick the boxes of your desired
tracking options

You can also post your campaign
in Social Media

Click Next

Create a new Template or
Use the Template You Saved

Click Saved Template

Select the template you want to
use

You may edit again your template

Or proceed to Next Step

To schedule the email delivery,
Click “Schedule”

Enter your desired date and time
of delivery

Click Schedule Campaign

To send the campaign
immediately, Click “Send”

Click Send Now

Your email is now sent to your list

REPORTS

Click Reports

In the Reports Section,
You can track the status

and performance of your
campaigns.

It analyze clicks, opens,
subscribers' social activity,
ecommerce data and more.
