  3. 3. 5 Key Steps 1. Brain dump – capture all of your post ideas for the week 2. Tailor it – iden8fy how you will tailor each post to each social media pla:orm 3. Schedule it – decide what day and 8me you want to post each item 4. Post it – manually post your item or preschedule them. 5. Monitor it – don’t forget to monitor your social media pages daily and respond where needed 5
  4. 4. BRAIN DUMP. •  Include a variety of social media posts (we use CREEM to ensure a mix of engaging content) •  Remember your audience •  Be authentic, use your own/brand’s voice •  Remind people that there’s a person behind the keyboard and brand •  Include a little bit of soul

CONNECT – activities where you (your customers) engage with others or community RELAX – (customers) looking after and rewarding self and own needs – self-care EVOLVE – things that will improve or grow you (your customers) business or life ENERGISE – things you (your customers) LOVE MAINTAIN – things that HAVE to be done, but you (your customers) would like to delegate or get rid of.

  7. 7. TAILOR IT. •  Don’t use exact same content in the same way on each platform •  Use language native to that platform •  How will you change your words, voice or intro for each platform?
