I work as a VPO(VPN Owner) Expert on Orange Business Services and I manage LAN & WAN
network for a dedicated enterprise customer which has presence in over 130 countries. OBS has a
rich pedigree of providing best in class network based infrastructure solutions to multinational
companies. With 50+ years of experience as a trusted business partner to the world’s largest
companies, Orange continue to pioneer advances in IP-based MPLS VPN services to over 1,00,000
customer sites in 144 countries. As part of the France Telecom group we don’t just keep abreast of
future trends; we help set them, keeping customers on the leading edge of future advances.
Job Profile:
 Accountable for right first time error free configurations while preserving the integrity of
IGN (IP Global Network).
 Prepare configuration for network devices mainly Routers(CE & PE) and Switches,
activate the same and perform acceptance testing for operational changes. The operational
changes include implementing protocols( RIP, EIGRP, OSPF,BGP, HSRP, VRRP, DHCP ),
load sharing, disaster recovery, upgrading IOS remotely, implementing AAA, IP
Accounting, Net Flow, SNMP, CARI Access, Reverse Telnet, IP SLA/RTR probes, IP QoS,
NAT/PAT, speed/bandwidth upgrade, MPLS Layer3 VPN changes.
 Perform chassis swap, migrate CE router from one PE to other PE.
 Perform failover test for mission critical sites(disaster recovery sites).
 Perform complex migrations.
 Enter the call with Customer & all parties during a coordinated change.
 Validate, check feasibility, perform risk analysis, and coordinate with internal teams
before going ahead with any change and lead it to success.

3. In Tata Communication: ( Jul 2009 –Jan 2012)
I worked as a TAC Engineer in IP NOC for Neotel process, Neotel(acquired by Tata
Communications) is a leading ISP in South Africa ( AS 36937 ) that caters various services ranging
from internet(ILL), VPN, broadband, Metro-Ethernetand voice, based on business requirement.
Job Profile:
 Maintenance of MPLS/VPN link, it involves troubleshooting the link for complete link
failures, errors, flapping, packet drops, destination not reachable, routing issue and
latency on the link, diagnosing the root cause of problem and rectifying it.
 Maintenance of internet link, it involves wide range of internet related issue such as site
not opening, DNS not resolving, slow browsing and latency. Troubleshooting and
rectifying the root cause of problem.
 Carry out the configuration of IT infrastructure, consisting of Cisco routers, Cisco
switches, multiple E1, STM-1 ; Internet connectivity infrastructure for meeting bandwidth
requirements.
 Implement and troubleshoot QOS.
 Coordinate with Peering partners to allow new prefixes in our network and vice-versa.
 Coordinate with Different Teams ( Transmission , M/W, Wi-Max and Field support ) in
