  39. 39. Prepared by: RadovicPrepared by: Radovic Slide 3 Below are the key points (excluding scheduling direction and new schedule dates): 1. We will be setting S=P (Schedule=Performed) through August for WPs that have been deferred. o These are WPs that the CAMs are not re-time phasing over the current planning period September through January 2009. o For these WPs – all of the unaccomplished work will be pushed forward or placed in planning package within CA. o If an active WP effort is being differed beyond RW4 Phase 1 planning period of performance (beyond January 2008) that WP can place the unaccomplished (BCWP) in January 2008 or in CA planning package – to be planned out in RW4 Phase 2 after setting BCWS = BCWP o You (CAMs) need to provide a list of only these work packages that are not being re-planned. o SAP updates can be performed next week – following current month forecasted performance provided that the forecasted EV is final. You need to let me know if your WPs are ready for S=P 2. All active WPs from RW3 can be re-planned per PD-112 New Schedule: o By ME Sep 08 we will update time phasing of only the work packages that are being performed – to meet PDR requirements o If an active WP will continue but needs to be re-time phased to align with updated component PDR or completion date – we will set BCWS = BCWP and re-time-phase unaccomplished (BCWP) over new duration (extended duration). 3. IMPORTANT: A work package does not have to end based on the rolling wave planning period. o A work package scope of work that completes beyond current planning period needs to be planned to full completion – o Do not set artificial cut off dates based on rolling wave planning. 4. It is not expected to add any additional budget from planning packages – to a currently active WP since the scope does not change – only duration. 5. Any new effort (new work packages) needs to be created and funded by planning package. RW4 GuideRW4 Guide
