completed correctly, confirming official identification, administering drug tests and
submitting background checks. This was a day to day temping position to assist HR while
business was being remodeled.

Providing administrative and reporting support to the Employee Benefits Department: supported
5 managers and 40+ team members. Assisting with creating and populating extensive Excel
spreadsheets using formulas and pivot tables, creating and distributing correspondence,
scheduling appointments and meetings using Outlook and providing agendas or documentation
needed for such meetings, move coordination, mail distribution for managers of the department.
My duties also included AP disbursement, expenses, confidential records maintenance, supply
maintenance and ordering, and any other support help the department may have needed on a
daily basis.

Managing Principals, all transcription of interviews and facilitation documents, arrange for all events
for the company along with daily operations. 85% of this work was done virtually.

Administrative support for 4 managers and 15+ members of the Facilities Department which included
all the Pacific North West for BPA which is under the US Department of Energy. Responsibilities
included managing and creating numerous SharePoint sites, creating annual payroll calendars,
updating annual documents for end of fiscal year per requests of all departments in the Facilities
organization, answering multi-line phone system then directing to the proper person/organization
within the agency, providing calendaring support, arranging and managing meetings/events,
preparing reports using Visio, Excel & PowerPoint, manage travel and other general administrative
activities. I was Scribe for several committees within the organization, which included attending
meetings, taking and transcribing notes and presenting them back to appropriate committee members
in official government specified format. Additionally, was backup for the executive assistant for the
EVP of Human Resources and EVP of Internal Business Systems departments within BPA and doing
other related duties as required.
