  11. This graphic shows an overall delivery and organization structure and approach for an agile enterprise. Walk through each of these sections with class attendees and discuss the phases and steps involved, starting with the portfolio teams’ decisions around investment prioritization, demand validation, release feasibility analysis and planning, through to development and production.
