I have an excellent reputation in this industry throughout Alberta. I had
created "CEPAC" Computerized Estimating Procurement And Consulting which
was a web based Estimating Service offered to Edmonton based Earthworks,
Paving & Concrete firms. A little ahead of its time as not everyone embraced
the internet. A part time business, I was forced to close when my client base
opted not to use the services. Since, there are many web based services such
as COOLNet, RedLink, Merx, Caisnet, etc.

Owner opted to Micro manage the projects and hired old friends & business
associates for $150/hr. It was a moral decision to leave as the Owner was
spending the money before it came in.

Canada focusing on northern locales such as Baffinland, Yellowknife, Northern
