I am passionate about agile software development methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban and XP. I see myself as a change agent in an organization, trying to improve the way things are done, either in a team level or organizational level. I believe continuous improvement is a key factor in any organization.
For me people are the most important part of an organization. I set the bar really high when hiring. I constantly try to improve my communication skills and I am always using tools such as intrinsic motivation and Disc profiles. I think a manager has to really know his direct reports, so I´ve been having one-on-ones with my direct reports since early 2013.
