Back in August 2013 Liu introduced a website and event called Sports Injury Community, which provided inspirational sports recovery stories and sports injury talks and support. Time travel a couple of years, and that idea has now become Fitness Avatar - a mobile app that provides users with visual awareness of their exercise form and posture. In her talk, Liu took us through the highs and the lows of her journey, finishing with a fascinating audience Q&A session.
