3. How to cook Paella:
Serve: 6-8 people
Difficulty: Intermediate
Preparation time: 60-90 minutes

6. How to cook Paella:
Ingredients:
- olive oil
- 2 bowls of rice
- 5 bowls of fish broth
- shrimps
- 2 small squids
- some mussels
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 small can of peas
- 1 small onion
- 2 tomatoes
- Saffron
- Parsley
- Salt

7. Preparation:

8. How to cook Paella:
1 - In a pan Start to heat half of the oil
2 – Chop an onion and cut the tomatoes
3 - Add the onion and tomatoes,
4 - Add green and red pepper
5 - Add the cut squid and the rice
6 - Stir the mix
7 - Add salt, saffron and parsley
8 -Incorporate the fish broth, the shrimps, the mussels and the
peas.
9 - Cook it about 20 minutes
