business line. Luke’s career in property
began in 2007 with the Property Council of
Australia, the peak industry body for the
property industry. There he specialised in
public policy, public affairs, and research
advocating for the interests of the
commercial property sector to all tiers of
government.
With a research background covering all
sectors, Luke is experienced in delivering

included project managing the Victorian
Government’s development of a
sustainability framework for capital works
projects such as schools and hospitals.
Luke has also provided strategic advice to
domestic and international institutional
clients such as Dexus, Charter Hall and the
Development Bank of Japan.
