tive weeks of vacation with a travel stipend,

their manager.
HOW THEY DO IT
Birchbox uses the performance management
tool Namely to implement the Stay Interview.
They’ve developed questions by searching
through Stay Interview literature and adapting
practices to match Birchbox’s culture and val-
