About Lydia’s corporate and leadership background spans a successful thirty-year career in national and international marketing and sales with AT&TGlobal Services and Xerox Corporation. . She provided strategic leadership while serving as a Board Member for Caring People Alliance (A United Way and Girls & Boys Club Affiliate) and AT&T Alliance for Black Telecommunications Employees. Lydia received the Cecil B. Moore Award for Outstanding Leadership upon completion of The Urban League Executive Leadership Institute in Philadelphia. She serves on the Board of Directors of WOAR (Women Organized Against Rape), a member of the US/Ghana Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the leadership team at Team.
