WHAT IS THE OFFER
The Spa chosen is the Dior Spa located at the Plaza
Athenée Palace in Paris.
We want to create a mobile application that use
location-based-social-networking which will provide
special recommandations, advices and genereal
information about the greater places & must seen
around our establishment.
During their visists, guests will be able to check-in
using their mobile devices in thoses places and earn
spa points which can be converted into discounts
coupons or free massages.
WHY DID YOU SELECT THAT OFFER

In order to attract in-house guest to our spa we are
willing to interact with them and at the same time give
them the ability to try the spa for free or at a cheaper
rate.
This will make them come back to the spa without
any discount coupons and those guests can provide
positive word-of-mouth about the spa regarding the
other guests in the hotel.
WHAT IS THE TARGET
The target market will be in-house guest that come to
visit Paris.
We are willing to focus on middle aged men &
women.
This will help us to create loyalty and this will most of
all enable the guests to spend a great time in our spa,
which means positive reviews on social medias
(Tripadvisor, facebook, twitter…).
WHAT PLATFORMS WOULD YOU USE FOR SOCIAL
We will create are own application available for any
kind of smartphone devices.
The application is directly linked to our social
platforms such as facebook and twitter.
Guests can share their experiences in our hotel and
spa. This will help us to create awareness around our
application.
HOW WOULD YOU 'LOCALIZE' THE OFFER FOR THE
TARGET AUDIENCE

The offer will be local to the extend that we will create
partnerships with local business such as restaurants,
museum, shops…
As soon as a guests is located near one of this
partner he will receive through our application a
notification on his mobile devices with relevant
informations about the partner.
HOW WOULD YOU GET LOCAL USERS TO SHARE
THE OFFER - SPREAD THE WORD
Our application is based on checking in specific
locations and we will offer to connect with a facebook
account to auto-post the location and check-in of the
users of the application.
To motivate the facebook connection guests will have
a 10% discount coupon for each facebook posts.
As those persons post on social media this will
increase the awarenes about our application and our
spa.
