monitor their progress.
Process & Compliance Management
Arrange availability of sufficient work fronts & facilities before required time and availability of owner’s issued items
and inputs.
Review meetings at site and ensure effective feedback & monitoring parameters.
Ensure compliance of all statutory requirements, safety standards and environment regulations.
Arrange erection & commissioning of project as per schedule, prescribed specifications and specified quality.
Ensure compliance of field quality plans at site.
Resolve all bottlenecks in smooth project execution and follow up & expedite various activities.
