• [2011 – Present] Founded Accorpa LLC [Founder and CTO], “The Startup Factory”, works
with non-technical entrepreneurs to create the technical side of their company, outsourcing
for multinational companies, and novel platforms for development.
• [2012 – 2013] Founded GenieMentor.com [Founder and CTO], a team productivity tool
enriched with a psychometric and competency management. We started by a proof of concept
known as NovoGenie.me, but currently we are in the phase of commercialization.
• [2010 – 2013] Founded GuestShots.com [Cofounder, CTO and Lead Develop], image and
video archival and manipulation platform for weddings documentation purpose. The platform
generates prepared ready-to-print PDF albums, cards and compiled ready-to-burn DVD

• [2010 – 2011] Founded Log n Labs LLC [Founder], a software house based in Alexandria,
Egypt. Log n Labs were focusing mainly on technology outsourcing.
• [2009 – 2010] Worked for Ejada [Software Engineer] to build a correspondence system to
be installed on the intranet of the Saudi Red Crescent Foundation [built with J2EE with GWT
for the client side].
• [2007 – 2008] Incubated by eSpace to create Gamunity [Founder] (a multiplayer online
gaming API built over Facebook). The platform aimed to offer the multiplayer communication
protocol for game developers, scoring policies, trophy collection and archival and some more
additional features to make the game developer focus only on the game play and graphics.
Projects
• Erasis – [Accorpa – Scrum Master] – A web/mobile platform to manage 10 schools located
in UAE. The platform covered all management concepts any school might need (according to
16 educational systems). The platform is a perfect example for many newly introduced
concepts in web/mobile development including micro-services, single page applications, etc.
The real challenge was the time-frame which was required by the customer to fit within one
year.
• AjaxML – [Accorpa – Project Manager] – A web development tool that was designed to
decrease development time of Ajax requests, as it was measured to reduce development time
up to 60% from time consumed using normal jQuery Ajax. The concept is that Ajax
development became declarative. A developer can declare the Ajax behavior inside HTML
code with some attributes added to any anchor, button, … Hence the name, AjaxML (Ajax
Markup Language). More than 800 developers around the globe have used the tool.
• VAS Perfmon – [Accorpa – Project Manager] – A huge monitoring platform that is
developed to monitor Etisalat Mobile Operator value added services (SMS, USSD, etc.).
• Ra2y.com – [Accorpa – Product Manager] – A personalized news aggregator and content
marketing platform that depends on document processing for automatic linking with famous
entities.
• Novogenie.me [Accorpa – Concept Designer] – A psychological platform built over Myer-
Briggs Type Indicator theory that targets both:
o Individuals: A roadmap for self-development and instructions for dealing with others.
o Organizations: Several tools for managing human capital, building teams and more…
• NadyVideo.com – [Accorpa – Project Manager] – A web platform that provide a different
concept of watching online YouTube videos.

o The relation between entrepreneur and investor starts with an online video meeting.
o A match making process to guarantee the consistency of members guides the

• 6DOF Pointing Device – [Graduation Project] – 6 degrees of freedom pointing device with
two implementations:
o Software based: Depending on a webcam watching the pointing device, analyzing
the image, recognizing the device, and understand its position/orientation in space.
o Hardware based: Depending on accelerometer + gyroscope to get the
position/orientation of the device in space then send it to PC.
