Mark is a Game changer as well as a player. A passionate advocate for equality and non-discrimination particularly for LGBT people, having chaired TfL’s LGBT Support Network and increasing their ranking from 59th to 5th in three years, securing them a top ten rating and star performing network. Mark also co-designed the unique LGBT Public Services Leadership Programme which was delivered to TfL, the London Fire Brigade, British Transport Police, London Ambulance Services and other government organisations.
