Inspired by various movements like STOOS, UNBOSS, Management 3.0 and defiantly also agile methods and mindset, I believe that the old-school employer / employee model is dead. I believe that it’s all about the team. The modern manager does not have all the answers, but he can ask the right questions. My job is to create lasting value with my clients.
