RAPPORTAGE
ieder expert in is.
Ervaringen
Hoofdlijn
•Binnen Postbank was rapportage noodzakelijk over de internet
omgeving.

Project network-modeling step in which the entire job is
graphically subdivided into manageable work elements (tasks).
WBS displays the relationship of each task to the other tasks, to
the whole and the end product (goal or objective). It shows the
allocation of responsibility, and identifies resources required and
time available, at each stage for project monitoring and
management. Also called activity decomposition chart.

TIMEMANAGEMENT / GTD
Background A workflow process: Handling stuff
Action Management Method from David Allen Company. Works
on principle that everyone should move tasks out of their mind by
recording them elsewhere. Mind freed from having to remember
all the tasks and can concentrate on actually performing those
tasks. GTD defined by grouping tasks by the context in which they
are performed.
Mastering workflow ( control op commitments)
1.Collect: Capture everything that is necessary to track/remember
Into a bucket. Bucket should be emptied regularly
2.Process: Strict workflow required. Start at the top, Deal with one
item at a time, Never put anything back. If an item requires action:
Do it (if less than a minute or two), Delegate it, Defer it. If an item
does not require action: File it for reference, Throw it away,
Incubate it for possible action later.
3.Organise: Suggested set of lists to keep track of items awaiting
attention. Next Actions: What can be done next; Projects: Ensure A framework with 6 levels of focus: Horizons of Focus
that every project has a next action to allow move forward; Waiting Someday/Maybe
for: keep track of something that needs someone else's attention; Waiting for Runway Current actions Complete inventory of action

DISC MODEL
DISC is an acronym for Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Compliance (C). Many companies have employees take the DISC
assessment to determine their behavioral style. This is not to say that if you have a preference for one style you don’t occasionally
use the other styles. What the assessment does is determine your most dominant style – the place you feel most comfortable.
The great thing about the DISC assessment is once you know your own style and the styles of others you can improve team effectiveness.
There are a lot of DISC assessment vendors out there, some free, some not free. But all of them give you plenty of data on the DISC styles
once you’ve completed the assessment. Unfortunately, that data often does not provide you with an effective way to quickly
understand each DISC style or understand how they relate to one another.
To help solve this problem, I created a mindmap. The mindmap below provides the following on each DISC style:
Definition of each style; General characteristics of each style; The value each style brings to a team (because all styles bring value
to a team) ; Possible weaknesses associated with each style; The greatest fear of each style
Knowing this information gives you great insight into your colleagues at work (or even your significant other at home) and can help you to
interact with them more effectively to get things done.

CORKSREW
his "corkscrew model" is easy to learn, easy to use, easy to remember and can produce good insights and understanding into the causes
and effects of our decisions and actions. Managers, group leaders, work teams and entire organizations can reap significant benefits
from using it regularly.
Following the simple steps of this model, we can increase the quality of our learning by reviewing events and assessing what we did, what
happened, why it happened, and what we learned that we would like to change the next time we are faced with this particular
action. To be effective, the process should be used as soon as possible after the events have taken place. Information associated with
feelings and emotions about an experience is easier to capture while it is still fresh in our memory.
To evaluate an action or event using the Corkscrew Model:
1. Act (Do Something) : First, name or describe the action or event that took place.
2. Observe What Happened: Identify outcomes that can be directly attributed to the actions taken. Emotions and attitudes as well as
substantive results should be identified.
3. Analyze Why it Happened: Identify those behaviors, emotions and assumptions that had the most significant influence on the
outcomes. Also, take into account key external and historical factors that might have influenced the outcomes.
4. Develop Learnings and Conclusions (sometimes called “Working Theories”): Concentrate on making connections between the
"whats" and the "whys" of the experience. The insights gained should be used to develop new theories or improve old ones.
Any learnings and conclusions that are reached should be documented so they can be used as hypotheses, principles or guidelines that can
be used to guide future actions and decisions.
