Raw material: 1070 pure aluminum; purity 99.9% aluminum
Thermal conductivity index reach to 226w/mk

Advantages:
We use new top quality LED PCB. Heat conductivity
index reach to 7w/mk, contrasting other suppliers only
2w/mk. By such improvement the solder point temperature is
lowered by 10℃. To make it easy to understand, as you know,
the lumen output of led is separated into cold lumen and hot
lumen, and normally hot lumen will be 8-10% less compared to
cold-lumen, which cause the efficiency of led chip will be lower
when temperature rise up. But after we adopted this kind of
new PCB, we see only 3% difference, which means the
working temperature is well managed. On the other hand, the
painting on surface of new PCB is bright with high reflection
rate, which increase lumen efficiency by 2%.
