Voice – partnered with who we believe is best commercially available transcription engine. Fundamentally, the more accurate we can make transcription, the better our analytics. Key areas of focus: business process adherence and customer experience identification.
Enhanced Reporting – great data visualizations that are easily accessible drive adoption and action, so we’re moving more and more of our reporting to this platforms like Tableau, Plotly and R. Key areas of focus are Customer Success and Data Science readouts.
Orleans – Project Orleans was built by the eXtreme Computing Group at Microsoft and was designed to handle the high demand / high performance cloud services that run the MSFT Azure cloud along with the insanely popular Xbox game Halo. We do a ton of analytics, [insert big number] so when this code was open-sourced last year we made it a priority to migrate our analytic framework to it. We are excited for Orleans to bring speed and greater scalability to our enterprise customers.
Workstyle - Personality should be fun. Personality should be engaging. Personality deserves new technology. Workstyle brings a refresh to how we identify, understand, and better connect with the various personalities we encounter. We are continuing to deepen the content and offering and look to bridge that into our performance management and coaching application.
