Maven implements CLIX® Learning Management System to support project management
1. Maven implements CLIX® Learning Management System to
support project management
Maven ¦ 10 January 2011
Maven is using learning technology to support project management
At Maven, we believe that project management has developed into a mainstream
management skill set. Its use has moved from defined functions including IT and Facilities
Management and spread to become an essential element of all management roles.
We recognise that an audience whose main role is operational/specialist needs easily
accessible support to develop their project management skills and we have implemented a
new corporate learning management system, CLIX®, to help us achieve this.
“We are 100% committed to the learning experience of our delegates and the CLIX® system will
help us achieve our goal of providing high quality and consistent support to all users” says
Melanie Franklin, CEO of Maven. “Part of our ethos is to create long-term partnerships with our
clients and we believe that this investment will ensure that we support the learner before they
enter the classroom and after the event”.
“The CLIX® system is a flexible yet very powerful application that enables us to document and
track training requirements, schedules, resources, etc., and I believe that using learning
technology to support our classroom events is an essential mix in today’s learning market”
Melanie continues.
Maven looked at various providers carefully and chose IMC’s CLIX® Learning Management
System as it was the most suitable.
