All lines are team based modular system and all operators are multi skilled.
Accurate plan is done for each month production, and plan wise actual production can be follow-up
from web base software, where buyer can also participate to follow the progress of own product.
The accurate SMV is evaluated by Industrial Engineering Department using General Sewing Data
method. Correct method is shown to operator by IE Department.
Target & Efficiency is measuring by this SMV.
Incentive system is used to motivate the operators for increasing productivity and reducing non
productive time.
Lean tools that using in this factory are – 5S, TPM, Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, Super Market,
Just In Time, Kaizen – which helps to drive away all the unnecessary waste as well as increasing
productivity and reducing lead time.
The WIP limit in each workstation is now 10-20 pcs & RFT rate is 95%.
To reduce transport- cutting, sewing, finishing has been set up in same floor.
Quality Summary : AQL Level – As per Customer requirement
Rejection Rate – 1%
Strong Quality Department is working not only for ensuring Quality pass but also taking preventive
maintenance.
Traffic light systems are used to ensure inline quality.
100% pcs are checked and defects are recorded by end line quality inspector.
Full factory qualities are observed each day and root-cause analysis has been done to eliminate
those problems.
Quality tools “Quality at the source” is followed in each line to ensure quality from needle point.
