  3. 3.  Newcastle Disease is one of the most important infectious disease of poultry in Bangladesh  It is still considered a major problem, because of its high morbidity, mortality particularly in rural areas and reduce productivity and economic loss in layer farm  Velogenic Strain Cause Mortality up to 90% and Morbidity near 100%  Prevalence of ND in different areas of Bangladesh are 50%, 45%, 25% and 32.5%. CONCLUSIONS  Detection of seroprevalance of ND in layer birds may assist to reduced prevalence of ND in layer farm through proper vaccination.  The titre level in farm C (Avinew VG/GA strain), A (Mesogenic strain) and D (Cevacnew-Lasopa) on Day7 and Day14 was 27.2 ,28 ; 27.6 , 28.1 and 29.1 , 29.8 , respectively in three farms  Cevac New L (LaSota strain) may be the choice of vaccine against ND for layer farms though others may also be used.  Further study may need to conduct in large scale of birds using all commercial vaccine for recommendation.
