2. My business idea is Cooling/Heating Bed Mattress
Pad.

3. INTRODUCTION
 It is a mattress pad with a cooling and heating
temperature control system.
 It regulates the surface temperature of your mattress so
that you sleep comfortably all night long.
 It have separate tubing and independent control units
for each side.
 Control the temperature at the touch of a button
either directly on the control unit or conveniently in
bed with the wireless remote control.

4. RELEVANCE
HOW IS IT WORK??
 It uses a unique water circulation system to warm or
cool your mattress efficiently.
 The pad uses soft medical grade silicone tubing to
circulate regular water through the pad.

connects the pad to the control
unit.
•The control unit heats or cools
regular water to your set
temperature and circulates it
through the pad.

6.  Wireless remote control are used to set
temperature.
 They also have the option to set timing .

I have decided after manufacturing the product i will
offer contract with one of these company, to sell the
product.
It will save my warehousing cost.

 I will set reasonable price for the product so that these
people can easily approach the product.
 It will save electricity as compare to air conditioners
and heaters.
 It is useful for every season.

9. SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION
 Segmentation -urban and semi urban cities.
 Targeting- middle income people and high income
people.
 Positioning- “feel comfortable in any season”.

 It provide independent control units for each side.
 It will consume very less electricity as compare other
devices like heaters, air conditioners.
