Air and Hotel booking processes are often not standardized in travel agencies.
Travel bookers typically shop for air and hotel rates across a variety of channels:
e.g. the GDS, 2 to 3 websites, proprietary hotel databases etc.. This is an
extremely expensive and time consuming process
