submitted to, and approved by the following a select committee consisting of representatives
from the following group/ organizations: change management process (CCB or Std. Change
Process), Stakeholders (select group), Project Sponsor, Executive Sponsor / Project Sponsor,
Scope Mgmt. Board, Project Manager. 2) Project scope will be baselines so as to identify initial
approved state. 3) Measure and Monitor changes to overall project scope by Change Mgmt.
Board.
