First People Solutions are working with a forward thinking international Architecture practice who are
looking to add a Technician to their Edinburgh office.
Our Client has built a reputation upon providing creative and intelligent architectural solutions. Their main
work load is focused on Retail and Hospitality, working with some big names in both sectors throughout the
UK.
They are currently adding to their team in Edinburgh and are looking for a technician to join them ideally
with the following experience;
Essential skills;
 Manage a contract through all RIBA work stages.
 Proficient in AutoCAD, REVIT beneficial
 In depth knowledge of UK building regulations
 Good Design awareness
 The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
 Strong technical knowledge and detailing ability essential
 The ability to produce accurate working drawings and packages
 A proven track record in delivering projects to a high technical standard
PROJECT ARCHITECT
MASTER PLANNING & URBAN DESIGN
–EDINBURGH
Award winning practice in Edinburgh looking to recruit a Project Architect who has experience of
working on Master planning projects.
Experience of working on master planning projects.
Experience of preparing BID presentations.
Can work towards deadlines and within a busy and growing team.

studio based in Glasgow's merchant city.
They have established a reputation for outstanding hotel design both in the UK and Internationally.
The successful candidates would be involved in projects for some of the largest hotel groups internationally.
INTERIOR DESIGN TEAM LEADER:
 5 Years’ experience ideally gained in the hotel sector
 Proven ability to lead projects from inception through to successful completion
 Be the clients go to person
 Manage timelines and budgets
 Lead teams and develop individuals
CONSERVATION ARCHITECT
–EDINBURGH
Our client is a well-established architecture practice specialising in heritage related projects are currently
looking to appoint qualified staff with both design skills and a keen interested in conservation to join their
growing team in Edinburgh.
Candidates should have a minimum 2-3 years post qualification experience including conservation and
either accredited in building conservation or wishes to become so.
