- This is not a dedicated John Lewis network, and as I said right at the beginning, economies of scale benefit everybody, so we will be looking for other customers to join the network. As previously mentioned we believe this is a problem shared by many retailers, so we already have a 5 year plan which includes the introduction of another Hub; we have also not ruled out the possibility of moving 1 or other of the existing hubs. I would reiterate again that the systems integration required can make the onboarding process quite lengthy, and also we would not advocate a carrier change right before the Peak period.
