An experience report based on the initially conflicting views of a designer and an engineer.
A talk given at the BCS London Lean Kanban day 2015 by Chris Young & Michael Stanley.

Throughout the talk we explain the journey we both went on to understand and see value in each others processes, ultimately combining to "make the best thing".

It also addresses the importance of strong collaboration, optimism and trust throughout that journey.
