Casing Cement Head – Double Plugs
Comparing to cement-head with single plug, it owns longer cement-head body, and upper rubber plug and lower
rubber plug can be put in at same time. The tool owns some advantages such as simple construction, easy
operation, high pressure resistant; manifold in common use, flexible in connecting. Especially, the lever type
indicator can shows whether rubber plug goes through double plugs cement-head to enter casing so that operator
can determine easily.

Tubing Head
Tubing head is a wellhead component that supports the tubing hanger and provides a means of attaching the
Christmas tree to the wellhead. Our tubing heads have straight bore bowl with 45 degree shoulder design, which
avoids damaging sealing area by drilling tools and prevents test plug and bowl protector from wedging. Multiple
bottom sealing type are available, e.g. PE seal, DPS seal (use pressure energized bushing), DPX seal (use pressure
energized bushing), double P seals and double FS seals. Two kinds of outlet connections are available: threads and
flange (studded bolts)

Tubing Head Spool
Features:
 Secondary seal between tubing hanger and adapter hanger can be O-ring, grease injection BT seal or metal -
metal seal;
 Metal-metal seals, special elastomeric seals, or metal + special elastomeric seals are set between tubing
hanger and tubing head;
 Tubing hanger for tubing head has straight type seat bore and 45 cone of hanging shoulder, with strong
loading ability;
 Complete with lubricator and sealing test port;
 Secondary seal mechanism is set at the bottom flange, which can be O-ring, grease injection BT seal or metal
seal;
 Tubing hanger and tubing head adapter flange can be penetrated through by cable and be provided with
subsurface safety valve which can control pipeline interface, exhaust pipeline interface, when it is not used,
it can be installed blind plugging;
 The two ends of tubing hanger can be set with tubing thread or gas sealing button, and in the center it can
be set with BPV thread as required;
 Top flange are provided with locking screw;
 The connection type of side outlet is bolted flange with VR thread for valve-replacement operation.

Annular BOP
The RAM in the BOP is pressure energized. The well pressure acts on the RAM to increase the sealing force and
maintain the seal even with loss of the closing pressure.
BOP can be supplied with the hydraulic locking devices to lock RAM hydraulically and hold the RAM mechanically
closed even when actuating pressure is released. The operating system is interlocked using sequence caps to
ensure that the taper lock is retracted before pressure is applied to open the BOP.
BOP bonnet are opened and closed by hydraulic pressure and the RAM change is quick and easy.
All operating parts, as well as, the rams and seals can be replaced on site, thus providing a completely
reconditioned preventer.

FC Gate Valve
API 6A Flange end gate valve is specially designed for heavy-duty applications. It features a non-rising stem, full-
bore thru-conduit design which provide dependable performance in most demanding environments.
No special tools are needed to change gate and seat assembly. The stem pin protects the stem and internal parts
from failure by shearing if the hand-wheel is over torque.
One-piece gate helps to prevent line sediment from entering the body cavity and prevents pressure locks when the

Kelly Cock
Kelly Cock is a manually operated ball type drill stem valve; it is divided into upper Kelly valve and lower Kelly
valve. The upper Kelly valve is connected between lower end of swivel and upper end of Kelly; the lower Kelly
valve is connected between upper end of drill pipe and lower end of Kelly or connected between lower end of Kelly
saver subs. The Kelly valve can be opened on or closed off by only turning the special operating wrench at 90°
according to indicating direction. During drilling operation, the Kelly valve shall be connected at upper end and
lower end of Kelly.
The sealing principle for Kelly valve is that the ball is positioned and provided with proceeding stress by the lower
seat supported by spring load and a close seal between ball and ball seat is provided. During normal drilling
operation, the hole is kept unblocked by turning the stem to be “on” position; In case of kick or blowout, turn the
operating stem to be “off” position to close off the internal bore of drill string, the kick or blowout accident is
avoided due to a high pressure sealing situation between ball and ball seat.

Anti-abrasion Tubing
HDPE liner reduces the friction coefficient between sucker rod and tubing. After adopting HDPE liner, the non-
failure operational time related to the abrasion and corrosion between sucker rod and tubing increases by 400%.

Swivels
Various models of swivel joints and their repair kits are available,suitable for normal or low temperature,or H2S
environments,with sizes ranging from 1″ to 4″ and rated WP ranging from 2,000psi ~ 20,000psi. We can supply
long and short radius swivel joints. Long radius swivel joints can minimize fluid shock, and has better performance
of resistance for scouring and erosion. Short radius swivel joints are used for low pressure operation due to limited
installation space.

Crossover subs
All of our subs are certified by API. Crossover subs are used as adapters between two different connections in

Sucker Rod
Sucker rod is a special sucker rod designed to produce oil with a high pour point, high viscosity and high paraffin
content. The connector and the coupling are welded to the two ends of a seamless pipe through friction welding.
The passage inside the rod is responsible for several distinct features of hollow sucker rods. Our sucker rods
conform to the standard of Hollow Sucker Rods SY/T5550-2006 Grade D.

Casing Centralizer
Designed to meet API 10D, our centralizers can be used for high restoring force and low starting force to centralize
the casing pipe in either vertical, horizontal or deviated wells. The premium quality bows are made of special alloy
steel and hot formed in totally controlled heat treatment plant to achieve the uniform hardness all over. The woven
centralizer is connected by pin when in use, the unfolded centralizer can be stacked flatly for convenient storage
and transportation.

Our tubing heads have straight bore bowl with 45 degree shoulder design, which avoids damaging sealing area by drilling tools and prevents test plug and bowl protector from wedging. Multiple bottom sealing type are available, e.g. PE seal, DPS seal (use pressure energized bushing), DPX seal (use pressure energized bushing), double P seals and double FS seals. Two kinds of outlet connections are available: threads and flange (studded bolts)

The well pressure acts on the RAM to increase the sealing force and maintain the seal even with loss of the closing pressure. BOP can be supplied with the hydraulic locking devices to lock RAM hydraulically and hold the RAM mechanically closed even when actuating pressure is released. The operating system is interlocked using sequence caps to ensure that the taper lock is retracted before pressure is applied to open the BOP. BOP bonnet are opened and closed by hydraulic pressure and the RAM change is quick and easy. The upper Kelly valve is connected between lower end of swivel and upper end of Kelly; the lower Kelly valve is connected between upper end of drill pipe and lower end of Kelly or connected between lower end of Kelly saver subs. The Kelly valve can be opened on or closed off by only turning the special operating wrench at 90° according to indicating direction. During drilling operation, the Kelly valve shall be connected at upper end and lower end of Kelly. The sealing principle for Kelly valve is that the ball is positioned and provided with proceeding stress by the lower seat supported by spring load and a close seal between ball and ball seat is provided. During normal drilling operation, the hole is kept unblocked by turning the stem to be “on” position; In case of kick or blowout, turn the operating stem to be “off” position to close off the internal bore of drill string, the kick or blowout accident is avoided due to a high pressure sealing situation between ball and ball seat.
