Việc áp dụng quy trình nhưng không hiểu mục đích và ý
nghĩa của nó khiến người tham gia bị gượng ép, buổi
Daily meeting vô tình trở thành buổi báo cáo hàng ngày
tạo áp lực đối với thành viên trong nhóm.
Trước tiên các thành viên trong Scrum Team cần chủ
động tìm hiểu về ý nghĩa của các buổi họp. Sprint
Planning giúp cả team thống nhất về mục tiêu của team,
việc Daily meeting hằng ngày giúp các thành viên trong
team nắm được tình hình hiện tại của sprint, nhanh
chóng cùng nhau đưa ra giải pháp cho các tình huống
mà thành viên trong team gặp phải có nguy cơ ảnh
hưởng đến mục tiêu của Sprint.

Agile is not a noun
There’s this growing tendency to treat the word
“Agile” as a noun. People say ”we’re doing agile.”
But friends, agile is not a noun. It’s an adjective,

My opinion
• Anyone can improve whatever, even if he/
she is not good at.
• Growth is rapid with frequent releases and
repetition.
• If you get used to doing something and
indulged, start unfamiliar thing.
