Occupations such as truck drivers, health care providers, individuals that work
night shifts such as nurses, military employees may be more likely to choose
less healthy options due to lack of sleep. Do you work in any of these fields, do
you find the lack of sleep is taking a toll on your overall health. It may be
something that slowly happens over time, but the next time you find yourself
ordering take out or stopping at fast food, ask yourself are you getting enough
sleep?
